Account

• Sign-up details must be correct, and the email must be real and yours (it is confirmed with a code).
• You are responsible for your and your staff's passwords and for the devices you link to your account. We recommend turning on two-step login.
• The free trial is 14 days per email per program — once.

Subscription and payment

• After the trial the program works by subscription (monthly or yearly) according to the plan and prices published at the time. Payment is arranged with us (WhatsApp) and we activate the subscription.
• When the subscription ends the program locks until renewal — the data is kept, not deleted.
• Paid subscription periods already used are not refundable.

Your data

• The data you enter is yours. You can download a full copy at any time from the settings.
• If you ask us to delete the account, we delete it and all its data permanently.
• We protect your data with the best available means (encrypted connections, a separate database per customer, provider backups), and we recommend downloading a copy regularly too.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the program for anything illegal, to access other people's accounts or data, or to disrupt the service.
• We may suspend any account that breaks these terms.

Liability

• We do our best to keep the service available and error-free, but interruptions may happen for maintenance or reasons outside our control (internet, hosting provider).
• The program is a tool to help manage the business; reviewing accounts and financial or medical decisions remains the business owner's responsibility.
• We may update these terms and will publish changes on this page with their date.
